This is a book about two types of culture in the local church. One is a spiritually abusive culture that is around command and control culture versus a culture that is based around an Empowered Culture that Equips and Delegates Culture.

Jesus came to set the captives free. He preached the Gospel of God’s kingdom, a message about forgiveness, freedom, and empowering people. Pastors and leaders must take a serious look at their churches to ensure that what is preached from the pulpit is displayed in church culture. They must question whether the structure of their churches matches the message of the Gospel and the kingdom of God, which is foundational for the type of church Jesus had in mind. One question looms over Christianity. Jesus said that He would build His church so that the gates of hell would not prevail against it. Then why are so many churches closing their doors? This author contends that the health of the church is directly related to its culture.
